“ If you are looking for ambient vibes, friendly faces, and AMAZING ramen, look no further than Ramen Boys!!! I have visited this establishment a couple of times, and every time I had visited, I was always left in awe of their food. They are open 'till late at night, so it's a great choice for late night munchies. There is also plenty of seating, including bar seating. Plus fun claw machines! Something for everyone. The past few times I have been, I have ordered the Miso Ramen with Mala Sauce (add shredded green onion, held the chasu pork, corn, and ginger on the side). This dish was the PERFECT blend of flavors and textures, especially if you are looking for something spicy. The menu is impeccable, but what good is the menu, without the staff to serve it? Everyone there is so amazing and hospitable. There are smiles all around and are always extremely accommodating, especially if you have certain food restrictions (speaking as a vegetarian). Shoutout to Ella and Sara for being the sweetest servers ever!!! ”
“ Came on a whim for date night, craving soup. Left a VERY happy camper. My mouth is still watering whenever I think about the kimchi and RB signature ramen. I've already made plans to bring my sister and her husband when they visit from Texas. I was shocked at how good this place was. Not because I didn't expect it to be good but because I didn't know kimchi or ramen could be this good! It was just so much better than anywhere else I've had either of these dishes. I liked kimchi almost everywhere I've had it, but I LOVE LOVE the kimchi here. I've enjoyed ramen many many times before but this one was just exploding with flavor. Also, fried chicken skins! we got them to go to eat them when we got home but we ended up staying and eating them immediately even though we were full. Our servers were attentive and friendly. The food came out quickly enough for our hungry tummies. Can't say enough nice things. Worth the wait to get a table. Also, looking forward to trying that Ube Brulee. It's been on my mind for weeks. ”
“ One of favorite ramen places in Vegas. Great selection of food- ramen, curry, and rice dishes. Love their dipping ramen. The sauce is delicious. Curry rice dish is delicious as well Got the pork belly rice dish- got all the flavors you looking for a Japanese rice dish. Make sure to also get the crispy chicken skin. Make room for dessert- sweet potato brûlée is pretty good. Place gets busy, be prepared to wait during peak hours. Service is always great. ”
“ We came for the kakigori and we were fully satisfied! Our server helped us decide which flavor to get by choosing a number lol. We got the Strawberry Kakigori which was AMMAAAAZZZINNNGGGGGG. We thought we'd be stuffed since we had dinner somewhere else before stopping here. But the kuramoto ice from Japan was so light and fluffy that we decided to fulfill our craving to the highest level and got the mango too. The mango wasn't as sweet or ripe as I expected but I do love that they use fresh fruit. I'll take fresh over canned or preserved any day. We were checked on by the staff and they made sure to talk with us. Awesome customer service and we will definitely return to try the ramen and other menu items. Thanks, RB staff! An enjoyable time with delicious desserts. ”
“ If you are looking for ramen not far from the strip you should check out Ramen Boys. They are about 15 minutes dive from Caesars. I tired both their classic tonkatsu ramen and oxtail curry. The broth for the ramen was a creamy pork base, which I liked. The cuts of pork were tender and not paper thin. The oxtail curry was delicious and served with rice. Service was good with our server checking on us and refilling our waters. ”
“ I don't have much more to add that the other reviews don't already cover. This place is excellent and if you get a chance make sure you add Ramen Boys to your list. I can't get over how rich and flavorful the broth was in their RB signature Ramen. The pork belly? The best pork belly I've had the pleasure of eating in my entire 46 years on the planet. The pieces were literally melting in my mouth as I was eating. The egg? I don't know what they marinated in or if they infuse something in it but it almost tasted like it had a wine flavored brine. There was a whole list of add ons and while I was intrigued I figured the first time I'd try it the way it comes. I demolished that bowl in record time. I don't think there was a sip left at the bottom. The noodles were the perfect consistency. Not too mushy and not too firm. My waitress had mentioned that they took first place in 2023 for best Ramen in the entire country on Yelp. They were second place in 2024. They are worthy of five stars and if I could give an additional star I would. With so many choices in the Chinatown it can be hard to choose but don't miss out on Ramen Boys! ”
“ My favorite ramen spot in Las Vegas! The food is delicious. I always get the spicy tonkatsu add an egg (sometimes Naruto fish cake) and the truffle calamari as an appetizer. Both are chefs kiss! The broth on the ramen A1. The truffle calamari is always fried to perfection! The mayo with the truffle sauce - yum! The waiters are always so nice, service is fast, and the music here is always the best! ”
“ Best ramen place I've had in Vegas! We found this spot randomly after a late night out on the strip. They were closing late, but we arrived 15 minutes before closing and they were still kind enough to serve us. I was appreciative that even though we were seated so close to them closing for the night, they didn't serve us any different. The server was still nice and the food was still very fresh! RB Signature - HIGHLY recommend! Broth was very rich and flavorful. Very good portion size. Noodles were a good chewy consistency and the broth wasn't overly salty. Truffle shoyu - Very strong truffle taste I took a bite and it was good, but I think it would be too much to finish a bowl. I prefer the RB signature. Karaage - big juicy pieces of chicken and totally worth it as an appetizer Mango shaved ice - so glad it was still in season! It did not disappoint at all. The mangos were ripe, soft, and sweet. The dessert itself wasn't overly sweet. The texture of the shaved ice was perfect. You can tell because the moment it touches your tongue it's so soft and just melts instantly. Would definitely order again and it was enough for 4 of us to share. ”
“ Decided to visit a different ramen joint in Las Vegas Chinatown. Sara was prompt with greeting us as we walked in, and also told us about the menu. The conversation we had at the end about Vegas was great as it was nice to hear about things through a local's perspective. RB signature Ramen was amazing! Very flavorful and good amount of toppings. Noodles were cooked perfectly. Pork slices were very tasty as well. Would recommend! ”
